Shawmut also worked on the more laid-back Le Jardinier bar area downstairs, which features interior and exterior seating for lighter fare.

The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater has hosted artists such as Madonna, Janet Jackson, and Sting. In 14 weeks, HITT Contracting completed the demolition of its auditorium floor and the laying of a new concrete dance floor, which required the installation of structural steel for floor support.
